Festive Cocktail Hat created by San Francisco Designer & Artisan Kathleen Kelley. The Hot Pink Hat is part of a Trio created especially for our Dia de los Muertos celebration! Materials are Black Felt and Goose Feathers in Hot Pink and Black and White Spotted Guinea Hen Feathers.
