Festive Cocktail Hat created by San Francisco Designer & Artisan Kathleen Kelley. The Bright Turquoise Hat is part of a Trio created especially for our Dia de los Muertos Celebration! Materials are Black Felt and Goose Feathers in Bright Turquoise and Black and White Spotted Guinea Hen Feathers.
